Office Reopening Information

We're excited to begin welcoming you back to our Allworth Financial offices and want to assure you that safety is of the utmost importance to us. We want you to know exactly what steps we are taking and what you can expect when you arrive to make sure you feel comfortable. 

  • If you need to drop off paperwork, there will be a bin at the front desk for you that will be handled immediately by our Director of First Impressions.
  • Masks, gloves, disinfectant wipes and hand sanitizer are available.
  • You will be meeting with your advisor in one of our conference rooms that is large enough to accommodate minimum social distancing (at least 6 feet).
  • Conference rooms will be disinfected prior to each appointment.
  • If any paperwork needs to be signed, you will be given a new pen that you can take with you.
  • All door handles, bathrooms and common surfaces are wiped down multiple times daily.
  • We are so glad to see you in person but will refrain from shaking your hand.

If you or anyone in your household has experienced any cold or flu- like symptoms within the last 48 hours, we respectfully request that you reschedule any in person appointments until a later date, or we can easily switch the meeting to phone or videoconference.
