Delta Plans

As a Delta employee, your Delta Pilots Savings Plan (DPSP)/Delta 401(k) Retirement Plan is your primary way of saving for retirement. Allworth Airline Advisors is proud to offer professional investment management for your 401(k) plan through BrokerageLink at Fidelity.

In addition to your DPSP, some pilots have qualified pension plan benefits being paid by the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) or through the Pre-Merger Northwest (PMNW) frozen pension, both with several payment options. For flight attendants and other employees, you may also have a frozen pre-merger Delta or pre-merger Northwest pension plan in addition to your 401(k). Our team can assist you in optimizing both your 401(k) and your applicable PBGC or PMNW pension benefit, taking into account your specific goals, income needs before and during retirement, healthcare expenses, Social Security income, and potential tax consequences. We can also help you determine which benefit plan(s) work best for your needs, including pre- and post-retirement plans and whether a Health Savings Account (HSA) is right for you.

Experience

For more than 40 years, Allworth Airline Advisors (formerly RAA) has assisted pilots and their families with a variety of financial planning services including 401(k) management, comprehensive financial planning, retirement planning, investment management, estate planning, benefit reviews, tax guidance and return preparation, insurance guidance, income planning, and Social Security and Medicare guidance, as well as many others.
