Barry Greenberg is the General Counsel of Allworth Financial. Before joining Allworth, Mr. Greenberg was the General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer of Cushing Asset Management. Prior to Cushing, Mr. Greenberg served as a partner at the law firm of Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP. He began his career as an enforcement attorney with the Securities and Exchange Commission. Mr. Greenberg received his J.D. cum laude from Tulane Law School and his B.A. from Emory University. Mr. Greenberg is married, a piano player, cycling enthusiast, skier, and the father of two grown children.
