Kevin Duffy is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional in Allworth’s Sacramento, California, office with more than 25 years of financial sector and advisory experience. He holds a Master of Science degree in Finance from George Washington University in Washington, DC. In his spare time, Kevin skis, plays the violin, and volunteers in the Sacramento region at various community organizations.

My process is centered on clear goal setting and asking the right questions to get to the heart of what matters most. I use the financial plan as the foundation of the client relationship—it keeps everything focused and aligned. Genuine curiosity drives the way I engage with each client, and I believe in being accessible, setting clear expectations, and following through. My clients can expect a straightforward, practical process that’s built on trust, clarity, and results.

I work primarily with people who are nearing retirement or already enjoying it, and what I appreciate most is that no two days—or clients—are ever the same. Each conversation brings a new perspective, a unique challenge, or a fresh goal to work toward. In more academic terms, my postgraduate finance cohort might call it the “stochastic nature of relationships.” I just call it meaningful work that keeps me engaged, curious, and focused on helping each client navigate retirement with clarity and confidence.

Each one of my clients brings new challenges and excitement to my day—and I truly enjoy every bit of it.
