His professional journey also includes co-founding and serving as CFO of a software consulting firm, as well as holding roles at Franklin Templeton Funds and an investment firm that specialized in Latin American finance. Rob earned his B.S. from the University of California, Davis, and holds a master’s degree from Saint Mary’s College.

While investment management is a core focus of my work, I believe that true financial guidance means understanding the full picture. That’s why I take the time to learn about each client’s broader financial goals, lifestyle needs, and family dynamics. We recognize that a portfolio isn’t static—it needs to evolve as life changes, priorities shift, and cash flow needs arise.

Many of the relationships I’ve built span generations, and I take pride in helping families prepare for what’s next—whether it’s planning for college, retirement, or the thoughtful transfer of wealth. The expanded tools and resources available through Allworth, including comprehensive financial, estate, and tax planning, have allowed me to deepen the support I offer.

My clients can expect prompt, personalized service, thoughtful communication, and a consistent focus on protecting and growing their wealth. On the investment side, our goal is to participate in market gains while managing downside risk—a philosophy that has guided our long-term performance and earned lasting client trust.

What I enjoy most about being an advisor is the unique blend of analytical work and personal connection. I get to combine a deep interest in markets and investment research with the opportunity to build lasting relationships with clients and their families. That balance keeps the work meaningful and rewarding.

I also take pride in providing quality results at a fair value, and in knowing that we’re well-positioned to deliver the services our clients need most. It’s also deeply rewarding to see the results in black and white—whether at the end of the day or the end of the year—showing we’ve helped clients move closer to their goals.

I’ve had the pleasure of fostering relationships and working with families across generations. Maintaining continuity in service and investment philosophy and having the chance to assist the children and grandchildren of long-time clients makes what we do so rewarding.
