She leads the teams that help prospective clients explore Allworth’s services and connect with financial advisors who understand their needs. Her focus is on creating a welcoming, seamless experience from the first conversation and laying the foundation for lasting client relationships.

Leading a national team of professionals across multiple core functions, Andrea’s focus includes continuously strengthening relationships with referral partners, driving strong front-line sales, and enhancing internal support structures and operational alignment. 

Andrea brings more than 15 years of financial services experience spanning across sales leadership, marketing strategy, and advisor practice development. Before joining Allworth, she served as a director of this growth channel at Wealth Enhancement Group and held leadership roles at both a $1B regional advisory firm and a Fortune 500 company. This blend of enterprise and advisory-level expertise allows her to effectively bridge company priorities with practical execution.

Based in Inver Grove Heights, Minnesota, Andrea is an avid traveler who enjoys hiking, biking, and exploring new places with her two active young boys.
