A seasoned human resources executive, Jeffrey brings deep experience in complex, high-growth financial services environments.

Prior to joining Allworth, Jeffery served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Osaic—one of the nation’s largest independent wealth management firms—where he led large-scale cultural transformation, integrated multiple acquisitions, and aligned HR initiatives with business outcomes across an organization of 2,400 employees and 14,000 financial advisors.

Known for his people-first leadership style, Jeffrey is passionate about building engaged, collaborative teams and equipping leaders to thrive. He holds degrees from the University of Houston and the University of Texas at Dallas.

Outside of work, Jeffrey is an avid triathlete and proud dog dad to Stevie Nicks (a corgi) and Remy (a schnauzer).
