Candace Stogin is a Chartered Retirement Plans SpecialistSM in Allworth’s Vancouver, Washington, office. With nearly 15 years of experience, she has built her career on forming lasting, trusted relationships with clients—particularly those navigating employer-sponsored retirement plans such as 401(k)s, SIMPLE IRAs, and SEP IRAs. She holds Series 6, 7, 63, and 66 licenses, along with Washington state life and health insurance licenses.

A proud Navy brat and Navy spouse, Candace has lived everywhere from Iceland to Guam, giving her a broad perspective and a deep appreciation for the value of stability and long-term planning. Today, she lives in Woodland, Washington, with her husband and a lively menagerie that includes three dogs, two cats, three alpacas, and a flock of spirited chickens. They are also proud parents of three grown children. Outside of work, Candace enjoys gardening, quilting, reading, and adventuring in the mountains—whether hiking, camping, or kayaking.

I believe the best outcomes happen when we work as partners. I take the time to understand what matters most to each client—their goals, their concerns, and how they envision our relationship. Some clients want a cheerleader to offer encouragement; others prefer a coach to help guide the strategy and put the right pieces in place. Still others see me as a trainer, someone who can teach, empower, and support them throughout their financial journey.

No matter the role I’m asked to play, I approach every relationship with dedication, sincerity, and care. I truly listen, take my clients’ hopes to heart, and help chart a course designed to bring their goals within reach.

I truly enjoy getting to know people and learning about their stories. Everyone brings a unique perspective, shaped by their own experiences, values, and definitions of financial well-being. That’s why I never assume one-size-fits-all advice will work—I strive to understand what success looks like for each individual.

That kind of connection creates space for real collaboration. As we work together, clients are able to explore their own knowledge and expectations, and I continue to grow right alongside them. One of the most rewarding parts of my work is seeing the moment when a client realizes that their goals are within reach.

There’s no single definition of financial success. My role is to listen, understand, and help each client build their own version of it.
