Partner Advisor, Tax Specialist

CHFC®, CFP®, TPCP®

Eric Sachetta is a Partner Advisor, CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional, and Tax Specialist serving Allworth’s Lynnfield, Massachusetts, office. He focuses on comprehensive wealth planning and building long-term relationships that help individuals and families make thoughtful financial decisions throughout every stage of life.

In 2016, Eric joined Sachetta, LLC, a respected Lynnfield-based wealth management firm, full-time after working alongside the team throughout high school and college. Growing up in a family dedicated to financial planning gave him an early appreciation for the trust, continuity, and lasting relationships that define exceptional client service. That tradition continued in 2026 when Sachetta partnered with Allworth, expanding the resources available to clients while maintaining the personalized approach that has always defined the firm.

Originally from Lynnfield, Eric now lives in Andover with his wife, Meghan, and their two children, Logan and Isabella. Outside the office, he enjoys running, reading, traveling, and following sports. A lifelong baseball fan, Eric and his family have visited every Major League Baseball stadium in the country.

Every client is different, so every relationship begins with listening. Before we talk about investments or numbers, I want to understand what matters most to the families I work with. What are they hoping to accomplish? What does financial success look like to them? What opportunities do they want to pursue, and what concerns keep them up at night? Those conversations provide the foundation for every recommendation that follows.

Once we understand those priorities and have a complete picture of their financial situation, we build a personalized financial plan designed around their life—not a generic investment strategy. I believe the best planning is driven by a client’s goals, values, and circumstances, creating a framework that supports thoughtful decision-making over the long term.

My role extends beyond developing the plan. I help clients filter through the constant stream of market headlines, financial news, and outside opinions by evaluating decisions through the lens of their own long-term strategy, rather than reacting to short-term noise.

Throughout our relationship, my clients can expect open communication, responsiveness, and a collaborative partnership. I strive to provide guidance that brings clarity during uncertain times and helps clients feel informed, prepared, and confident about the future.

The relationships I build are the most rewarding part of what I do. I enjoy getting to know clients, understanding what matters most to them, and helping them make thoughtful financial decisions through every stage of life.

The moments I value most often come years later, when clients are able to retire with confidence, spend more time with their families, travel, support causes they care about, or simply enjoy the life they’ve worked so hard to build. Knowing our planning played a role in making those moments possible is incredibly fulfilling.

That same passion extends beyond my work with clients. I also enjoy mentoring younger advisors and helping them grow in confidence, build meaningful relationships, and make a positive difference in the lives of others. Whether supporting clients or teammates, helping people succeed is what continues to motivate me every day.
