AIF®
Greg Gohr is an Accredited Investment Fiduciary® serving Allworth’s Waltham, Massachusetts, office. With more than two decades of financial services experience, his background spans investment management, retirement planning, and client coaching—all anchored by a desire to empower individuals and families to make confident, informed financial decisions. Formerly a Wealth Advisor at FSA Wealth Management, Greg joined Allworth through its 2025 partnership with the Needham-based firm. He graduated from Santa Clara University and completed his CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® coursework at Merrimack College.
Outside of work, you’ll find Greg hiking New Hampshire’s 4,000-footers with his wife, Kristen, and their dog, Sammy, or spending time with their three grown children. He also enjoys giving back to his community by volunteering as a member of the Knights of Columbus. And yes, he still takes great pride in being the unofficial rock-skipping champion of Waterville Valley.
For me, financial advising is about helping people feel more in control of their future. I see my role as a guide; someone who can simplify complex financial matters, offer thoughtful insights, and design strategies that support a client’s goals throughout every phase of life.
I believe in being approachable, honest, and committed to long-term relationships. Whether we’re planning for retirement, managing investments, or navigating life’s transitions, I want every client to know they have a partner who truly listens and cares. And with a strong foundation in both coaching and financial planning, I work to educate and empower my clients so they can make decisions with clarity and confidence.
I’m passionate about the long game, in finances and in life. That perspective keeps me focused on what truly matters: helping clients build lasting financial well-being, one step at a time. I’m also a firm believer in the power of habits and compounding—a lesson I enjoy passing along to anyone who will listen (especially my kids).
Financial success doesn’t come from guessing right. It comes from having a plan, staying disciplined, and making thoughtful choices over time.
