Jeff Aron is a Partner Advisor, CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional, and Tax Specialist serving Allworth’s Lynnfield, Massachusetts, office. Prior to Allworth, Jeff served as the Director of Wealth Strategies for Sachetta, LLC, a Lynnfield-based wealth management firm that partnered with Allworth in 2026. He also previously served as a Senior Wealth Manager at Wealth Management Advisors, LLC. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from Bryant University and his Master of Science in Financial Planning from Bentley University, graduating with distinction. Jeff has held the CFP® designation since 2000 and earned the Tax Planning Certified Professional designation from The American College in 2025.

Jeff and his family live in Sharon, Massachusetts, and spend considerable time in Warren, Vermont. Outside the office, he enjoys staying active through both uphill and downhill sports,  golf, hiking with Ollie (rescue beagle/hound), and caring for a large variety of houseplants.

My approach begins with listening. While every client shares common financial concerns, every situation is unique. I take the time to understand each client’s goals, priorities, and circumstances before exploring the options available. Experience has taught me that no two plans are alike, and the most effective strategies are those tailored to the individual rather than built from a one-size-fits-all approach.

Just as importantly, I recognize that financial planning is an ongoing process. As life changes and goals evolve, the plan must evolve as well. Maintaining that perspective—and providing thoughtful, thorough, and timely guidance along the way—is an essential part of the relationship.

At the end of the day, I view my role as that of an educator. My responsibility is not to make decisions for clients, but rather to help them understand the opportunities, tradeoffs, and potential outcomes of each path available. When clients have the knowledge to evaluate their options with confidence, they’re able to make informed decisions that align with their long-term goals.

At my core, I’m driven by a desire to help others and a genuine enjoyment of solving problems. Every client brings a unique set of circumstances, and I find great satisfaction in developing thoughtful solutions that help improve their financial future.

Watching those plans unfold over time is the most rewarding part of my work. Helping clients understand what’s possible, adapting their strategy as life changes, and seeing them fulfill the goals they’ve worked so hard to achieve is what continues to motivate me every day.
