CFA®, MBA

Simon Heslop is a Partner Advisor and Chartered Financial Analyst® serving Allworth’s Waltham, Massachusetts, office. With more than 20 years of financial services experience, he’s known for his thoughtful, results-driven approach to developing customized investment and financial planning strategies. Formerly the Managing Partner at FSA Wealth Management—a Needham-based Registered Investment Advisor that partnered with Allworth in 2025—Simon combines deep technical expertise with a sincere desire to help clients achieve their version of financial success.

Simon holds an undergraduate degree in engineering from Union College and earned his MBA from Northeastern University. Outside the office, Simon enjoys hiking with his family (even if he’s occasionally the reason they get lost), woodworking projects, and discovering new cycling routes throughout New England with a goal to one day ride across the country.

I take a thoughtful, analytical approach to financial planning, one that draws on both data and experience to guide decision-making. With a background in engineering and investment management, I enjoy diving into the numbers to create strategies that are grounded, realistic, and tailored to each client’s needs.

At the same time, I know that financial planning is deeply personal. That’s why I take the time to listen closely, understand what matters most, and offer guidance that aligns not just with the numbers, but with each client’s values and goals.

I’ve always been motivated by a desire to help others and leave the world a little better than I found it. That mindset carries through to my work, where I aim to bring clarity, stability, and peace of mind to my clients’ financial lives. I take that responsibility seriously and consider it a privilege to support clients through life's biggest decisions and milestones.

I believe every client deserves a financial strategy that not only makes sense on paper, but also feels right in their life.
