Financial Advisor

Vaishu Raj is a Financial Advisor in Allworth’s Walnut Creek, California, office. With close to a decade of experience in financial services, she works with individuals and families to bring clarity and structure to their financial lives, with guidance tailored to each person’s goals. She believes wealth planning is most effective when it’s built on trust, collaboration, and a clear understanding of each client’s priorities.

Vaishu holds a Master of Science in Finance from The University of Texas at Dallas, which gives her a strong foundation in financial analysis and comprehensive wealth management. She enjoys helping clients develop practical strategies that support their financial goals and evolve alongside their lives.

Vaishu lives in San Francisco with her husband, where she spends her free time exploring the city, practicing yoga, and learning new dance styles. A self-proclaimed food lover, she’s always happy to hear about a new restaurant worth checking out.

Many of the people I work with are in the thick of building full, demanding lives, and would rather spend their time living them than keeping up with the financial details behind it all. So before we get into the numbers, we start with a conversation about what matters most. From there, we look at investments, cash flow, tax efficiency, and risk, and how everything fits together to build a plan shaped around their goals.

Staying on top of a financial life takes more time than most people expect, and that’s where I come in. I keep track of the moving pieces and the decisions that come up throughout the year, and I serve as a steady partner who helps make sure the plan keeps moving forward. My clients know what we’re doing and why, without having to manage every detail themselves.

I’ve always enjoyed the analytical side of this work, but the most fulfilling part is the moment a client sees their whole financial picture clearly for the first time. Their accounts, investments, and goals stop feeling like separate pieces and start working together, with a clear purpose behind every decision. That kind of clarity brings confidence, and more time for the things they’d rather be thinking about.

The details are my job. Enjoying what you’ve built is yours.
