Elizabeth Clayton

Associate Advisor

Elizabeth Clayton is an Associate Advisor based in Allworth’s Denton, Texas, office. A graduate of the University of North Texas, she earned her BBA in Financial Planning in May 2024. Elizabeth was drawn to the field after taking a personal finance course during college, a moment that connected her interest in business with her desire to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives. She now brings that same enthusiasm and care to her work, helping clients build strong financial foundations for their futures.

Throughout her time at UNT, Elizabeth sought out opportunities to grow both personally and professionally. She served as Team Director for Delight Ministries, a women’s Bible study group on campus, where she discovered her passion for building lasting, supportive relationships.

Elizabeth is married to her best friend, Brady, and with their Goldendoodle, Gronk, they enjoy being outdoors, staying active, and spending quality time with family.

I start by listening—really listening—to understand each client’s goals, values, and financial situation. From there, I help build a plan that fits both where they are today and where they want to go in the future. My approach is rooted in clarity, collaboration, and long-term thinking.

That foundation of trust and understanding is what allows me to offer the kind of support clients deserve. They can expect a judgment-free environment, open communication, and a commitment to building real relationships. My goal is to provide guidance they can count on, every step of the way.

I’ve always been drawn to roles that allow me to support and encourage others, and financial planning is no different. I love being able to meet people where they are and help make financial planning feel less overwhelming. Everyone’s situation is different, and it’s incredibly rewarding to walk alongside clients as they grow in confidence and clarity around their finances.

When clients walk away feeling clearer, calmer, and more in control, I know I’ve done my job well.
