Kiana Mason

Associate Advisor

Kiana Mason is an Associate Advisor serving clients in Allworth’s Walnut Creek, California, office. She brings more than a decade of experience spanning institutional investment management and banking, offering a broad and informed perspective on wealth planning. Kiana applies this experience to help clients approach important financial decisions with clarity, structure, and confidence.

A graduate of the University of Missouri, Columbia (MIZ-ZOU!), Kiana earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a Finance emphasis, along with a minor in Economics. She enjoys an active lifestyle outside the office, including sailing as a certified skipper, cycling, golfing, attending sporting events and the arts, and spending time with her Corgi, Nimbus.

I believe life experiences shape how individuals view and interact with their finances, so I begin every client relationship with listening—taking the time to understand their story, priorities, and what matters most to them. That perspective forms the foundation for a plan that reflects their goals, addresses their concerns, and supports the life they envision.

From there, I gather and organize key financial information to develop a clear picture of their overall financial landscape. This includes understanding both short- and long-term objectives and identifying opportunities to bring greater structure and alignment to their plan. My goal is to help alleviate the complexity of financial decision-making, so clients can focus more on the things they enjoy most.

Throughout our relationship, I’m committed to providing clear, honest guidance that always puts clients’ best interests first. I prioritize attention to detail, responsive communication, and thoughtful consideration of each client’s unique circumstances.

I enjoy getting to know each client’s story and perspective, and the opportunity to solve meaningful problems along the way. There’s a deep sense of fulfillment in building plans that help clients move forward with intention.

I also find it incredibly rewarding to bring clarity to a process that can often feel complex or overwhelming. I believe that having a clear understanding of one’s financial picture creates the freedom to make more intentional decisions about how to spend time and live life.

I believe it’s important that clients understand the ‘why’ behind every recommendation, so they feel informed, confident, and empowered in their decisions over time.
