Associate Advisor

Patrick Bauer is an Associate Advisor in Allworth’s Tucson, Arizona, office, where he works closely with senior advisors and team members to support clients in developing thoughtful, personalized wealth plans. With a degree in Finance and Business Analytics, Patrick brings both analytical insight and a steady, detail-oriented approach to the planning process, helping ensure each strategy reflects what matters most to the individuals and families he serves.

Originally from Cedar Grove, New Jersey, Patrick recently relocated to Oro Valley and is now proud to call Southern Arizona home. He values being part of a team that prioritizes long-term relationships, clear communication, and a genuine commitment to helping clients feel confident about their financial future.

My approach begins with listening. I believe meaningful financial planning starts with understanding each client’s unique situation, goals, and priorities, both financially and personally. I take the time to ask thoughtful questions so we can clearly identify short- and long-term objectives, along with each client’s comfort level around risk.

As part of a collaborative advisory team, I work closely with our lead advisors to help develop personalized strategies aligned with those goals. Whether supporting plan development, reviewing details, or preparing recommendations, I strive to ensure every client experience is organized, thorough, and tailored to their needs.

I want clients to feel informed and confident as their financial plans evolve. That’s why I value open dialogue, clarity, and education at every step.

I believe financial planning is ultimately about trust. Clients are sharing personal goals, concerns, and life transitions, and I don’t take that responsibility lightly. Being part of that journey, even behind the scenes, is something I value deeply.

I believe financial planning starts with listening. When you truly understand what matters most to someone, you can help build a plan that supports their goals with clarity and confidence.
